Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Om Tempo Traveller, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable travel experience.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how booking cancellations, changes, and refunds are handled.

1. Booking Confirmation

  • A booking is considered confirmed once we receive your travel details and an advance payment (if applicable).
  • You will receive confirmation through WhatsApp, call, or email once the booking is finalized.

2. Cancellation by the Customer

We understand that plans can change.
You can cancel your booking by calling or emailing us.

Cancellation Charges:

  • More than 24 hours before the trip start time: Full refund of advance amount (if any).
  • Within 24 hours of the trip start time: 50% of the advance amount will be deducted.
  • After vehicle arrival or no-show: No refund will be issued.

Note: Refund timelines may vary based on your payment method.

3. Refund Process

  • All refunds (if applicable) will be made to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
  • Please allow 5–7 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.
  • For cash bookings, refunds (if any) will be processed through bank transfer or UPI after confirmation.

4. Changes or Rescheduling

  • You can request date or time changes at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup.
  • We’ll do our best to accommodate your new plan based on vehicle availability.
  • Price differences (if any) due to date changes will be communicated in advance.

5. Cancellation by Om Tempo Traveller

  • In rare cases (like vehicle breakdown, driver illness, or unforeseen events), we may cancel or reschedule your booking.
  • You will be informed immediately, and we’ll offer:
    • A full refund, or
    • Rescheduling to another available vehicle/time as per your convenience.

6. Force Majeure (Uncontrollable Events)

We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control — such as traffic jams, road closures, strikes, weather conditions, or government restrictions.
In such cases, refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
